Bashar Kavilor is the Mad God's high priest in Skara Brae. He resides in the Catacombs beneath the Temple of the Mad God. His chambers are in level 2, where he also keeps his pet dragon.
Involvement[]
Although Mangar is definitely in charge as Tarjan's lieutenant in Skara Brae, Bashar Kavilor runs the Temple of the Mad God. There is no way of interacting with this NPC. Once the party has entered his chambers, they will have to fight him.

Kill him quickly; he's a spellcaster (more specifically, a Master Sorcerer).
